Where do I find my referral code?
Your unique code was provided when you became a returning client. If you need it again, email us at bscahill@cahilltfs.com or ask during your next appointment.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit on how many people you can refer. However, the maximum discount you can earn is $20 off per year, regardless of how many referrals you make. Each additional referral still earns you entries into the $200 gift card drawing.
When do I get my discount?
Your $20 discount is applied the following tax year, once the referred client has paid in full.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
Your discount is earned once the new client files with us, pays in full, and does not request a refund. If they request a refund, the referral discount becomes void. In practice this is rarely an issue, since our Refund Policy does not allow refunds once a return has been filed. One referral code per new client or family.
How does the $200 drawing work?
Each successful referral gives you one entry. The drawing is held on October 16th of the year the referral was made. More referrals, more chances to win.
Can the new client use someone else’s code too?
No. One referral code per new client or family. First code provided is the one we honor.
